Shaped by a well travelled life lived between Senegal and the United States, he approaches creation as a way to understand movement, memory, and belonging. He is a thinker driven by curiosity, grounded in craft, and guided by a spiritual attention to growth and meaning. Whether through a bottle, a scene, a song, or a sentence, his work asks the same quiet question of the world and of himself: how do we live more truthfully, more awake, and more connected to one another?

We are ocean beings
who learn to breach.
We live most of our lives inside the ocean of habit, memory, fear, desire, and learned behavior. It is our inner world in motion.
From time to time, we breach.
A breach is a brief moment of clarity when we rise above our patterns and see ourselves, our work, and our direction clearly. Creation happens there. Truth lands there.
To breach requires the willingness to become a beginner again. To enter something we do not understand. To loosen our attachment to what we already know. The beginner sees possibilities that expertise, habit, and certainty can sometimes obscure.
Then we return to the ocean changed.
The work is integration.
